Return of the Red Tails Racing presents a Memorial Day event exploring the impact of the Tuskegee Airmen in "Democracy at Home and Abroad - The Legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen". This program features Special Guest Speaker Brigadier General (Ret.) Enoch Woody" Woodhouse, an Original Tuskegee Airman and the only living Tuskegee Airman General Officer. Featured along with General Woodhouse speakers Major General Mike Hall, the Honorable Judge (Ret.) Marc Whitten , Patt TerreLongue and Claude B. Govan Chapter Historian, Michael Joseph. Also on display will be The Faithful Pursuit II, a chrome-wrapped ROUSH Mustang designed by Michael A. Joseph, II of Corning, NY. This spectacular Mustang, adorned in the colors of the 332nd Fighter Group, honors General Benjamin O. Davis, Jr., who commanded the group in World War II. It features P-51 Mustang-like 10-spoke alloy 19” wheels and Goodyear F1 tires. The Faithful Pursuit II represents the achievements of Americans of African ancestry from WW II to the US Space Program.
